All Inclusive Salary package (R): R474 279 – R549 308 Per Annum

Objective: The South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) is a statutory public entity that operates under the NQF Act, No. 67 of 2008. SAQA seeks to appoint a Graphic Designer to support the work of the Digital Multi-Media Specialist in designing content for various communication outputs.

Minimum Qualifications • An appropriately recognised qualification in Graphic Design, Data Visualisation, Multimedia, Fine Arts or equivalent at NQF Level 5. Minimum Experience • One year of experience in graphic design in a communications environment, with a full and comprehensive portfolio, and the ability to use various design software including InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDraw or similar. Skills Required • Good knowledge of SAQA’s brand, designing for various communication outputs, including graphics, audio, and video material, for website and social media platforms, and understanding which platform is best suited for a particular type of communication. • Attention to detail, creativity, working to a specific brief, working under tight timelines, problem-solving, customer focus, project management, written and verbal communication should be the strengths of those aspiring for this appointment. |
