Independent Contractor – Verification of National Qualifications
All Inclusive Salary package (R): R175,53 Per Hour

Contract Type: Independent contractor – As and when required
Objective: To assist the Verifications sub-unit with processing verification requests of national qualifications.
| Requirements are: |
Level 5 on the 10 Level NQF or Level 4 on the 8 Level NQF, or equivalent. An NQF Level 6 qualification on the 10 Level NQF or Level 5 on the 8 Level NQF will be an added advantage. A minimum of one year of proven experience in information management with a focus on data management. More than one year of relevant experience will be an added advantage. |
| Duties : |
Verification of national qualifications, including but not limited to: • Contacting information partners • Processing pre-employment verifications including verification letters • Processing bulk verifications • Processing verification and cabinet letters • Quoting, invoicing and reconciliation • Distributing Batches and verifying the Batches The below outlines the deliverables expected for each independent contractor, over a 40-hour period: • Contacting information partners – 100% • Pre – employment - Distribution and verification of South African qualifications – 500 records per person • Verification Letters - Processing and generating quotes – 120 records • Reconciliation, Printing and Dispatch of letters – 120 letters Note: Payment is linked to deliverables and will be disbursed based on progress against the deliverable. |
