Independent Contractor – Client Services
All Inclusive Salary package (R): R175,53 Per Hour

Contract Type: Independent contractor – As and when required
Objective: To assist the Authentications unit in responding to the day-to-day client queries and processing of client applications.
| Requirements are: |
Level 5 on the 10 Level NQF or Level 4 on the 8 Level NQF, or equivalent. An NQF Level 6 qualification on the 10 Level NQF or Level 5 on the 8 Level NQF will be an added advantage. A minimum of one year of proven experience in data capturing and information management with a focus on customer service. More than one year of relevant experience will be an added advantage. |
| Duties : |
Client services, including but not limited to: • Attending to the foreign qualification’s mailbox • Printing and courier • Responding to queries The below outlines the deliverables expected for each independent contractor, over a 40-hour period: • Queries (social media, calls and emails) – 300 (60 per day) • Printing of labels for courier of certificates – 200 • Processing of incoming courier mail-verification responses – 100% • Processing applications for evaluation of foreign qualifications – 300 (60 per day) Note: Payment is linked to deliverables and will be disbursed based on progress against the deliverable. |
