Objective: To assist in achieving the objectives of the Verifications sub-unit, such as verifying qualifications and responding to related enquiries.

Level 5 on the 10 Level NQF or Level 4 on the 8 Level NQF, or equivalent. An NQF Level 6 qualification on the 10 Level NQF or Level 5 on the 8 Level NQF will be an added advantage. A minimum of one year of experience in data capturing or information management is required. More than one year of relevant experience will be an added advantage. |
| Duties : |
Verification of South African qualifications, including but not limited to: • Planning, organising, and documenting activities to ensure the necessary focus, achievement of delivery targets, and availability of performance data • Receiving verification requests, check the quality of the submissions, processing verification requests and determine the necessary steps to be taken • Completing the necessary administration and quality checks to facilitate ease of further review and conclusion of submissions • Contacting existing information partners to obtain verifications of qualification achievements • Establishing, maintaining and improving business processes, procedures, systems, and formats • Attending to standard client queries, in accordance with processes and procedures • Escalating non-standard queries to the Specialist: Verifications when required • Maintaining professional working relationships with clients • Capturing client interaction information for continuous improvement of the service |
