Verification and Technical Support Expert
All Inclusive Salary package (R): R119,234.40 for the duration of the contract

Contract Type: Temporary
Objective: Provision of qualifications verification expert and technical support services to the Chief Executive Officer and the Authentication and Ratification Services unit. This means providing high-level advice and extensive insights on key aspects of qualifications verification and service delivery thereof.
| Requirements are: |
Level 7 on the 10 Level NQF or Level 6 on the 8 Level NQF, or equivalent. An NQF Level 8 qualification will be an added advantage). Minimum of 3 years’ senior management level experience or 10 years’ management experience with knowledge of South African government education and training systems, information management, and verification standards. |
| Duties : |
Technical support on matters relating to the verification of qualifications, which may lead to litigation: • Conducting research, national consultations and other investigations • Drafting letters, summaries of events, recommendations, responses to requests for comments Reporting • Providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analyses Tariffs, budgets and supply chain management support including: • Tariff analysis and new tariff recommendations • Supply chain management processes and payments • Contract engagement for selected clients Correspondence: • Compiling standard correspondence wording • Liaising with big clients Expert input on the amalgamation of SAQA’s foreign qualifications evaluation and verification of national qualifications services: • Analysis of processes, volumes and capacity needs • Conceptual documents regarding new processes |
