Objective: To assist the Client Services sub-unit with backlogs for both foreign evaluation and verification of national qualifications as well as respond to telephone, email and social media enquiries daily.

Level 5 on the 10 Level NQF or Level 4 on the 8 Level NQF, or equivalent. An NQF Level 6 qualification on the 10 Level NQF or Level 5 on the 8 Level NQF will be an added advantage. A minimum of one year of experience in data capturing, information management, qualifications evaluation, or customer service is required. More than one year of relevant experience will be an added advantage. |
| Duties : |
Registering applications on the Foreign Qualifications Admin System. The registration process entails • Allocating applications received in the designated mailbox or by courier to team members for compliance screening • Registering compliant applications onto the Foreign Qualifications Admin System • Sending correspondence to clients whose applications are non-compliant • Managing the non-compliant mailbox Capturing applications on the Verifications Database: • Capturing compliant verification requests • Sending correspondence to clients whose verification requests are non-compliant • Managing the designated mailbox Generating quotations for clients applying for verification of national qualifications Capturing appeals • Recording appeals onto the appeals register • Registering appeals onto the Foreign Qualifications Admin System • Scanning and uploading appeal documents onto the Foreign Qualifications Admin System Dispatching foreign evaluation results: • Making copies of SAQA Certificates of Evaluation and uploading them onto the Foreign Qualifications Admin System • Filing physical files in the storeroom • Preparing results to be mailed or for collection Responding to clients’ telephone, e-mail and social media enquiries |
