ADMINISTRATION CLERK: INTERNATIONAL LIAISON

All Inclusive Salary package (R): R225 228.47

Objective: A vacancy exists within the Directorate International Liaison for a person who will provide administrative and logistical support.


Requirements are: The most eligible candidate will hold an appropriate qualification at NQF Level 4 or equivalent, coupled with further business related (short) courses, or a relevant and recognised NQF Level 4 qualification in a field such as Records Management or Office Administration, together with one year relevant experience in an administration environment.
Communication, computer literacy, administration, public relations, minute-taking, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, good customer orientation, methodical and good interpersonal relations should be among the strengths of those aspiring for appointment.
Duties : Assist with co-ordination and logistical requirements for International Liaison stakeholder engagements
- Assist with organising internal and external International Liaison Events
Provide administrative and research support in the International Liaison Directorate
- Provide administrative support (including typing, photocopying and faxing) in organising and overseeing all documentation requirements for internal and external International Liaison stakeholder engagements
- Provide research support on international matters as required
Maintain accurate files of information in the International Liaison Directorate
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate administration systems for the Directorate
