Username:*		The username must start with the letter of the alphabet, must be at least 6 characters long but not more than 20 and may have a #,@, - or _ included.
Password:*		The password must have between (8) eight and (20)twenty characters. The characters may include the special characters @,#,_, or -. The first character must be a capital letter
