Objective: A vacancy exists within the Directorate Foreign Qualification Evaluations and Advisory Services (DFQEAS) for a person who will provide registration services for applications and correspondence to be put into the system for processing.

Eligible candidate will have a National Senior Certificate or equivalent. The successful candidate must also have one year relevant work experience, preferably in an administration, data capturing and records creation environment. Strict discipline in terms of time management and deadlines, as well as a customer orientation, attention to detail and being a team player, should be the strengths of those aspiring for appointment. Computer literacy is a prerequisite. |
| Duties : |
Receive, verify, sort and record incoming mail; Capture data and electronic images onto the Workflow System; Carry out reactivation processes for add-on items; Create case files and handover records for files, original documents and payments; Update the necessary records for statistical and reporting purposes; and To check the correctness of captured data to prevent biographical errors in the issuing of certificates, as well as the completeness of transfer records. |
