SECRETARY: REGISTRATION AND RECOGNITION

All Inclusive Salary package (R): R253 451
Benefits: The successful candidate will qualify for 13th cheque, housing, medical aid and pension allowance in the total package.
Contract Type: Permanent
Objective: A vacancy exists within the Directorate: Registration and Recognition (DRR) for a person to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Directorate.


Requirements are: The most eligible candidate should have an appropriate recognised Secretarial Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 5 with at least 2 years experience in a secretarial/administrative position.
Qualifying candidates must be computer literate and have excellent administrative, communication, time management, organising, and interpersonal skills.
Also, central to this position is, the ability to effectively deal with various stakeholders, and so being customer focused is an additional requirement.
Candidates who have some knowledge and understanding of the South African education and training system in general and the NQF Act in particular will be preferred.
Duties : Manage documents (both physical and electronic filling);
Provide support for the project co-ordination;
Provide administrative support;
Provide secretarial support;
Co-ordinate travel and other arrangements;
Provide general logistic support for the Directorate; and
Assist with the coordination of meetings and events.
