ADMINISTRATION CLERK: CLIENT SERVICES (ACS)

All Inclusive Salary package (R): R 197 281
Benefits: The successful candidate will qualify for a 13th cheque, housing, medical aid and pension allowance in the above total salary package.

Objective: A vacancy exists within the Directorate Advocacy, Communication and Support (ACS) for an Administration Clerk to provide a professional and efficient client and social media service.


Requirements are: Eligible candidate must have an NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent plus 6 months experience in reception of clients as well as social media support.
Communication, telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, initiative and problem-solving, attention to detail, customer orientation and social skills should be the strengths of those aspiring for appointment.
Computer literacy is a prerequisite.
Duties : Provide excellent customer services to visitors and clients;
Operate the switchboard;
Assist in maintaining security by issuing client/visitors with access cards;
Appropriately record system challenges, complaints and problem resolution for future reference purposes as per procedure; and
Support SAQA social media and campaigns.
