All Inclusive Salary package (R): R 197 281

Objective: A vacancy exists within the Directorate Foreign Qualification Evaluations and Advisory Services (DFQEAS) for a person who will provide a registration service for incoming client requests for processing in the system.
Requirements are: |
Eligible candidates will have a NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent. The successful candidate must also have at least one year relevant experience in a general administration environment. Time management, customer orientation, attention to detail and being a team player should be the strengths of those aspiring for appointment. Computer literacy is prerequisite. |
Duties : |
• Receive incoming mail and verify against relevant transfer records; • Sort new applications and transfer to Client Support for Screening purposes; • Create and update electronic binders to ensure completeness of system information; • Complete physical file including the financial administration; and • Participate in quality checks of completed record. |
