Contract Type: three months
Objective: A three (3) month contract position exists within the Directorate Finance and Administration, for a person who will to assist with the large backlog of administrative work currently experienced in the Facilities Office.
| Requirements are: |
Applicants must be in possession of Grade Twelve Certificate (NQF Level 4) plus an appropriate NQF Level 6 qualification. The successful candidate must have at least one (1) years experience of working in supply chain and or facilities administration. |
| Duties : |
• Assistance with the preparation of terms of reference. • Refer to the Central SupplierDatabase to obtain prospective service providers • Evaluate quotations for administrative and technical compliance Assist with the monitoring of service delivery |
